An AI-powered Institutional Governance, Management & Intelligence Platform designed to strengthen leadership, governance, operational excellence, accountability, institutional performance, evidence-based decision-making, and organizational intelligence across educational institutions. MEMA-AIGMIS is being developed iteratively as a learning environment for testing ideas, gathering feedback and refining practical approaches.
