Problem

Many educational institutions struggle with fragmented governance, accountability, monitoring and performance tracking — academic information sits across paper, spreadsheets and disconnected tools, making it difficult for leaders to see the institution clearly and govern it well.

Purpose

To explore how digital systems and AI-supported governance tools can improve institutional management — bringing academic records, governance workflows and performance information into one more coherent space, designed for local educational contexts.

Working alongside teams and colleagues on small improvement efforts — clearer documents, simpler processes, better-designed meetings — that gradually strengthen how an institution functions.
