AZIZ OS Product Licence
Version 1.0. The terms on which AZIZ OS transformation products are made available, and how the rights of cited third-party works are kept separate from them.

AZIZ OS products are licensed for use, not sold as transferable property: a purchase gives you the rights set out below, and nothing more. Aziz Shuaib Ausi is the preparer and rights holder of the original AZIZ OS content only. He is not an author, co-author, publisher, original researcher, copyright holder, licence holder or endorser of any cited third-party work.
What you may do
- Use the product inside your own institution, team or professional practice.
- Read, download, store and print the deliverables you have access to, for that use.
- Complete the worksheets, records and templates with your own institution's facts, and keep what you write as your own material.
- Quote short extracts with attribution to Aziz Shuaib Ausi and a reference to the product and its version.
What you may not do
- Resell, sub-licence, publish or otherwise redistribute the product or its deliverables outside your institution.
- Claim authorship of the product, or present it as your own work or your own method.
- Remove, obscure or alter attribution, provenance, references, version or verification information.
- Present the product as validated, accredited, benchmarked, psychometric or as an audit, or attribute an institutional outcome to it.
- Represent any cited author, publisher or rightsholder as a contributor to, reviewer of, or endorser of the product.
Cited third-party works
- Every cited work remains the property of its own authors, publishers and rightsholders, under its own terms.
- Most cited works are used on a citation-only basis: no third-party text, table, figure, instrument item, factor structure, coefficient, cut-off, scoring rule or proprietary measurement content is reproduced.
- Where a source record establishes an open licence, that licence is stated on the product's References section and the work is used with attribution under it.
- Where the attribution or licence status of a source is unresolved, the product says so rather than asserting a licence.
No validation and no endorsement
No AZIZ OS product is a validated, psychometric, accredited or benchmarked instrument, and none produces a score, index, maturity level, band, grade or comparison against another institution. No cited author, publisher or rightsholder is associated with an AZIZ OS product, has reviewed it, or endorses it. Products are decision-support, self-assessment, implementation and evidence-record resources: they are not legal, financial, clinical, regulatory or other professional advice, and you and your institution remain responsible for every decision and application.
