A Note from Aziz

Thinking about institutions in systems.

My work centres on a simple question: how do educational institutions become stronger, more coherent and more capable of serving their people well?

As an emerging specialist in educational systems and organizational performance, I study, write about and develop ideas at the intersection of leadership, governance, institutional development and the responsible use of technology in education. This site is a space to share that journey, the projects it produces, and the conversations it invites.
