Digital products are delivered instantly upon approval. Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Digital Goods Are Non-Refundable
All digital products sold on azizshuaib.com — including individual resources, guides, frameworks, templates, working papers, bundles and memberships — are delivered instantly upon payment approval. Because access cannot be revoked or "returned" once granted, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Issues Before Approval
If your payment has been submitted but not yet approved and you believe it was sent in error (wrong amount, duplicate reference, wrong product), contact us at contact@azizshuaib.com quoting your order number. We will work with you to correct the order or cancel the submission before access is granted.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is declined, duplicated, or sent through an unsupported channel, the order will be rejected with a clear reason in your member workspace. Duplicate transfers can be refunded on a case-by-case basis after verification.
4. Memberships
Membership fees cover access to member-only resources, discounted pricing and priority releases for the period purchased. Memberships are not pro-rated and do not renew automatically. You can choose not to renew at the end of the term.
5. Institutional Licences
Institutional licences are negotiated and approved manually. Any specific refund or cancellation terms will be set out in the institutional agreement that accompanies your invoice.
