Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

AZIZ SHUAIB AUSI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital products, memberships and institutional licences purchased on azizshuaib.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies even though digital products are delivered immediately.

2. How to Request a Refund

We are the seller of record for every order, so all refunds are handled by us directly. To request a refund for a card, wallet or mobile-money payment, email contact@azizshuaib.com with your order number, or open a request from your member area. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway, normally within five to ten business days of approval.

For local payments made in Tanzanian shillings by bank transfer or mobile money, email contact@azizshuaib.com with your order number and payment reference, and the refund will be returned to the account the payment was made from.

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

A membership or institutional licence can be refunded in full within 30 days of the order date, including on a renewal charge. You may also cancel at any time from your member area or through the payment provider's customer portal: your access then continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are taken. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund — request one as described above if you want the most recent charge returned.

4. Failed, Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a payment is duplicated, sent for the wrong amount, or made against the wrong product, contact us at contact@azizshuaib.com quoting your order number. Duplicate and incorrect payments are refunded in full regardless of the 30-day window. If a payment is declined or submitted through an unsupported channel, the order is rejected with a clear reason in your member workspace and no charge stands.

5. Fair Use

Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same material, or bulk downloading and redistributing resources in breach of our Terms of Service.
