Where a payment is made online, our payment gateway processes your payment details on our instructions, and acts as a controller in its own right only for the fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering checks it is legally required to perform.

• Authentication data handled by our authentication provider when you sign in with email and password or with Google (your verified email and basic profile name only). We never receive your Google password.

If you choose to sign in with Google, we request only the non-sensitive scopesopenid,email andprofile. This allows us to verify your email and display your name. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google service, and we do not store Google access or refresh tokens beyond the active session.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The website uses essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.

6. Data Sharing & Recipients

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipient:

• Cloud hosting and database providers used to operate the website and member platform.
• Authentication providers that manage sign-in and identity verification.
• Transactional email providers used to deliver verification, recovery and notification emails.
• Our payment gateway, for the sale of memberships, licences and resources — including checkout, payment processing, recurring billing and refunds. When you pay online, your name, email address and payment details are collected and secured by the gateway on our behalf; card and wallet credentials are never stored on this website. We remain the seller of record and issue your invoice.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting and audit) where necessary.
• Competent authorities where disclosure is required by law.

These recipients are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data, and our service providers process it only on documented instructions.
