A systematic literature review focusing on studies published between 2017 and 2025 identified contextual challenges faced by school leaders in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Utilizing the PRISMA framework, five studies were analyzed, revealing a range of interconnected challenges that impact school leaders' ability to improve educational quality and effectiveness.
