The impact of metaverse use on media college students’ understanding and recalling of cultural content: a quasi-experimental study

A quasi-experimental study investigated the impact of metaverse-based learning on media college students' understanding and recalling of cultural content. The research, conducted with 142 media students, utilized a pre-test and post-test design to measure changes after exposure to cultural content within a metaverse environment, against a backdrop of increasing immersive digital learning. The study aimed to address a gap in experimental research regarding metaverse's educational impact on cultural content assimilation.
