Yes. Row-level security, role-based access control and audit logging are built in. Access is granted by entitlement, not by link sharing, and every significant action is logged.

Yes. You can choose a plan, pay with your name and email, and access is activated immediately. An account is created for you afterwards and can be activated with the same email address whenever you are ready.

A personal account and dashboard, public insights and library previews, and up to 3 library downloads per month. It is designed for registration and limited access.

Premium is for individual users who need advanced capabilities. It includes everything in Free, full premium publications and research, a personal intelligence feed, priority support and up to 25 library downloads per month. It costs USD 9 per month or USD 90 per year.

Professional is for individual users who need higher limits and advanced features. It includes everything in Premium, advanced reports and analytics, enhanced dashboard capabilities, advanced automation where supported, and up to 100 library downloads per month. It costs USD 19 per month or USD 190 per year.

Institutional Starter is for small institutions and teams. It includes everything in Professional, an institution workspace, staff management and role-based access, institutional reporting, and up to 10 seats. It costs USD 49 per month or USD 490 per year.

Institutional Professional is for institutions that need broader management capabilities. It includes everything in Institutional Starter, an institutional dashboard and analytics, governance and KPI management, advanced institutional reporting, and up to 50 seats. It costs USD 99 per month or USD 990 per year.

Enterprise is for large organisations and institutions. Scope, seats and onboarding are agreed individually, and it includes everything in Institutional Professional plus direct consultation. Contact us for a quote.

Yes. Some resources can be purchased outright. A subscription gives you broader access; individual purchases give you permanent rights to the specific resource you bought.

You can pay securely by card in US dollars through our hosted online payment gateway, or locally in Tanzania by bank transfer or mobile money. Both routes grant the same access once confirmed.

No. Payment-first checkout means you enter your name and email, pay, and access is activated. An account is created or linked afterwards using the same email address.

Card payments are verified automatically and access is activated as soon as payment is confirmed. Local payments by bank transfer or mobile money are activated once your proof of payment has been reviewed.

You receive an order number, a receipt, and an entitlement record. If you paid without an account, you also receive instructions to activate your sign-in. Your subscription begins on the date access is activated.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your member area. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and resources you purchased outright remain yours permanently.

Online payments are processed server-side through our hosted payment gateway. We never store your card details. The current environment is configured for safe testing and verification; no live charges are processed until the environment is explicitly switched.
