Perceived professional empowerment in “Tawjeeh,” an Arabic-delivered certified career counselor program: an explanatory mixed-methods study of Qatari women

The study, which utilized a mixed-methods approach including surveys and focus groups, indicated strong agreement (83.6% to 100%) across evaluation items regarding structural-professional and psychological dimensions of empowerment.
