Intelligence is prepared before you open it. Each briefing states what changed, why it matters, the evidence it rests on, what is already known, what still requires judgement, and what happens next.
The briefing is the default view. Evidence opens only when you ask for it, and deeper investigation is last. If a section has nothing behind it, the section is not shown rather than filled.
