I paid but do not have access yet
What each order state means and what to do next.
- Card payment: access follows server confirmation. Reload Orders once; if the order is still not completed, open a support ticket with the order reference.
- Bank transfer or mobile money: the order stays in awaiting verification until the reference is checked. This is normal and not an error.
- Guest checkout: access is tied to the email you supplied at checkout. Use that email when you create or sign in to an account.
