Medical students’ perceptions of educational environment in a public school of medicine in Jordan: insights based on Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM)

A study evaluating medical students' perceptions of their educational environment at a public medical school in Jordan utilized the Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM) questionnaire. The research aimed to assess these perceptions and explore their associations with factors like year of study, academic performance, gender, nationality, and socioeconomic status among 491 undergraduate medical students.

Understanding students' perceptions of their educational environment is critical for ensuring the quality of professional education and fostering student well-being. This knowledge can inform targeted improvements in educational delivery and support systems, enhancing the overall effectiveness and reputation of educational institutions.
